Abingdon Vale Fencing Club is one of the leading competitive fencing clubs in the Southern region, set up by some of the best coaches and fencers in the area.

We specialise in nurturing and supporting fencers to reach their goals – whether that means competing internationally, enjoying a great recreational sport, or simply trying something completely new.

We have a number of Junior and Cadet fencers selected by British Fencing for international competition, as well as winners and medallists from national competitions at all levels.

Coaching is provided by Hungarian National Fencing Diploma and Level 4 qualified coaches, and we have a close association with Abingdon School, one of the most successful school fencing clubs in the country.

We welcome members of all ages, weapons and abilities.
